Hello my wife had unusual bleeding today it was not a proper flow, but red spots in her underwear and she is scared pls advise what should be done

Irregular spotting could he due to pregnancy ,polyps , infection , trauma , medications etc. Consult a gynaecologist near you for examination and further management.
