Hi.. I have got dandruff for more than 2years and now for past 6months it is very severe and because of dandruff I get lot of hair loss and acne with scares. I have a fair complexion so acne totally spoiled my face. My scalp is very itchy I just couldn't tolerate. I consulted a skin specialist and he prescribed me anti dandruff shampoo but then it's of no use except it makes my hair frizzy. I wash my comb after every hair wash I change my pillow cover. I take hair wash thrice a week but I couldn't find any cure. I really need to get rid of it permanently please help me.
