I did a hiv test after 28 days... And it came. Non reactive... Are 28 days enough for a correct results??

Do Elisa ( antibody test ) after 90 days from exposure .....Because window period is there. ......means it takes around 3 months for the antibodies to appear in blood. .....so 28 days not enough for correct results
