Unilateral tonsilitis

I have recurrent tonsillitis. And right side tonsil is more swollen than left side. And there is white spot behind it . And there is no pain nothing , no symptoms only when I open my mouth and see via tourch in mirror I saw tonsillar assymetry. And no lump anywhere . Is this any serious condition? Please reply

There are different conditions which can cause asymmetry in tonsillar size including stone, fluid filled cavity(cyst) and even cancer. Since you have history of recurrent tonsillitis it May be a foci of infection. Please visit an ENT surgeon as physical evaluation is necessary
