Unequal growth in a single side of brest

Since last one year, one side of my brest has shown very rapid growth like from 28 to 34 in one side, while the other is constant at 30. Also fluid discharge sometime from the nipples. What would be the reason? And which specialised doctor would be most appropriate to consult? I am very depressed because of this!
