Uneasyness before periods

Hi sir/mam iam sushmita of 36 yrs my periods cycle is for 25 days regularly from 3 months it is becoming late like my periods are comg 27th or 28th days so by this 3 months i am feeling like uneasiness in body before periods to be late actually my mother had her menopause at 35yrs of age so it is normal for me or i need any investigation or consult a gynecologist please suggest me 🙏
