Undigested Food

Hi. For a few days now, I have started observing undigested food in my stool. Whatever I eat, has been coming out undigested. I had gastritis earlier, but has reduced as of now. I am a little worried for the same. Can someone please let me know how to make this okay?

Suggest you to 1) eat food at correct time at regular intervals following this every day 2) Avoid spicy food for 2 weeks 3) add curd to lunch and dinner ( good for mucous layer ) 4) hydrate well, 5) have good sleep, not to stay awake late night ND getting awake early in morning fr work 6) Add more fiber to diet like fruits especially banana 7) avoid alcoholic, smoking tobacco chewing For detailed review contact me

Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Don't over eat. Chew your food properly. High fiber diet. Reduce your caffeine intake. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tobacco. Avoid carbonated drinks. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Start some physical exercises on a regular basis. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Don't take stress.
