Undescended testices

At the time of birth a testis is undescended but after some year it descended into scrotum and now it is very small is size as compared to other one.actually 4 times smaller than other. I dont have any physical problem or pain or swelling . is it ok? may it be a reason for medical rejection for govt jobs in ssc non inspector post ?whould i have to consult doctor immediately?
