Can Underbite/class 3 malocclusion correction is possible with braces/with out surgery in India for adults of 25 years age

Yeah it’s can be correct but same you need to provide your age , your intra oral pictures and opg X-ray for better evaluation of your case

Class III malocclusion can be corrected with/without surgery. The final treatment plan is based on xrays - opg , lateral cephalogram and ur facial profile pictures ( Consideration is given to ur nose , lips , how forward ur lower jaw is positioned in relation to ur upper jaw and how ur teeth are positioned in both the jaws. )
