  4. Underarm abscess. Sugery. please advise.

Underarm abscess

I got under skin hair problem in my left underarm a year ago. There was a small acne that was painful. I took antibiotics which relieved me of pain but slowly it developed into something bigger that now looks like a boil or abscess. It is not painful to touch. Can I get rid of it by the help of medicines or does it need a sugery. Please advise.
