Hello sir.. your history seems you have erupting Third molar... cheek cutting and limited mouth opening is suggestive of that only..... However complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out the cause and management If it is due to 3 rd molar eruption you need to go for surgical extraction...

A clinical checkup is required to assist you anything on this. I suspect the third molar to be responsible for all these symptoms. Limited mouth opening, pain , cheek bite are all suggestive of third molar problem
