Uncontrolled urination

2022-07-14 09:32:45
My 76 year old diabetic mother is not on any fluid loss medication yet experiences too much urination in a day which is affecting her quality of life.It happens even when her sugar is controlled. Her mild urine infection medication was also completed yet the problem is persistent.Kindly tell if there is any remedy or Botox injection thing which can tighten her urinary muscles area? Or any other thing which improves her current situation?

I don't think it is right for her considering her age. Diabetes and UTI both increase the frequency of urination. I think she has a Neurogenic bladder that means an overactive bladder which voids every before complete filling and that can be managed. Consult at your convenience.

It will be better if you can take her to a urologist once.. she will require bladder exercise and further advice to reduce these..
