The image attached tells the case history. Apart from the patient is also a mother of a two year old if that helps. Also, I am looking for a specialist endocrinologist reason being the chronic problem. It will be really helpful if anyone can help me with any lead which can  pave way for setting up online consultancy or physical clinic visit in Ambala with a specialist endocrinologist for this matter.

Inhaled corticosteroid has milder effect on weight gain ,weight gain is more common with systematic steroids ..if she has diabetes or insulin resistance or under chronic stress ,she will have weight gain despite taking hypothyroidism medications
Next Steps
rule out fatty liver status with USG .. liver function test , HBA1C,FBS ,ppbs ,latest thyroid profile,CRP ..will help u to arrive at right proper diagnosis.. consult with ur endocrinologist if symptoms persists
