My mother had thyroid related issues. For the past few days she is having much pain near food pipe on both the sides below jawline. When we took blood test few months back, everything was normal. But she is feeling much pain now. Is it because of thyroid issues?

Yes it can be related to thyroid  size Get urgent Ultrasound  neck done. It may compress airway tube if suddenly increases further.
