When I was 14 or 15, I started to cry uncontrollably for no reason and my dad asked when why I was crying and I said Idk. It lasted for about 5 mins and the reason I remember it so vividly is because it is a very strange occurrence to look back on. This was the only time it ever happened in my life. Could it have been a seizure? I had depression very bad when I was younger. But this doesn't make any sense because I was happy one second and crying my eyes out the next. Please Help Thanks
