Uncomfortable feeling inside mouth

Hi, Since last 5-6 days I am feeling very uncomfortable in my mouth. May not able to explain properly but feel like toungue want to rub again and again on palate. Palate feel more uneasy inside the mouth. But no redness or pain inside the mouth. Please suggest what to do because I am not able to visit any doctor. Regards, Dnyaneshwar

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take tablet folvite 5mg twice a day for five days
