Since when do you have the pain?? Is there any other difficulties like sweating, palpitations, weakness, cough, expectoration, fever or something like that?? Common reasons for this kind of difficulty are gastritis, muscle pain, costochondritis, any lung disease etc. Another important reason is the pain related to heart.
