While having sex with my wife without condom for the first time precisely before 3 days, the top skin of my uncircumcised penis has come down. Slowly & gradually it is going up. At times I feel a lot of sensation when something comes in contact with the uppermost skin. Is this normal? Or should i consult a doctor? Is this a worrysome issue? I am very tensed. Please help.
