Unbalanced and weakness

From few days i feel weak...and bodyache Few months back doctor prescribed me met xl 12.5..because my blood pressure is around 140/90.. I feel heavy headed from 2_4 days..and unbalanced feeling... yesterday i done my ecg (attached). My bp was 140/90 Spo2 98% Also done cbc test..(all are within limits). Why i feel unbalanced and weak? My age 36 Weight 63 Height 5.6
