Today suddenly while standing up from seeing position I was not able to move my leg. I was afraid please tell me why this happen. I feel left side awkward numbness sometime from some days

If you were sitting for prolonged time it was due to compression of the nerve. Which subsides within 3-5 mins and it's normal. Also avoid keeping wallet on the back pocket. If anything else visit nearest Physician.
