Sir/Madam, She is 12 years old.She is not able to speak properly. She cannot speak the words properly. She is having this problem by birth. She faces a lot of problems in the school. Please guide us how to cure this problem.

Dentist are probably not the right people for cure of this problem. You can contact some speech therapist . Consult them and if they find some issue in teeth or tongue then you can contact dentist later.
Health Tips
Tongue tied with floor of the mouth can be one possible cause of the speech issue.
