Unable to sleep & full day frustration

My mother can not make sleep last 3 month without using medicine. Even using medicine she used to sleep.   Only 4 hour max and sometime medicine full night not slept.full day headache and frustration and not able to control on mind. All day in tensions and crying evryday. Small small of work tensions and voice is low while talking. Always worrying about when this problem get resolved. If anything she want to do then she will ask many times. Please suggest
