I am not able to pull my foreskin back. I feel the skin on the head of my penis has thickened and cuts whenever I try to roll back. There is no problem in urination. I also have a think discharge underneath the foreskin at times. I also have dryness and itchy sensation.I try to keep the area clean as much as possible. Please help me understand the cause and undergo right treatment.
