Uterus is acutely retroverted, normal in size (5.5 x 3.9 x 3.4 cm) with normal myometrial echogenicity. No focal myometrial lesion is seen. Endometrial echo is central and regular measuring 4.2 mm in thickness. Minimal hypoechoic collection seen in the endometrial canal. Few nabothian cysts are seen in cervix - largest measuring 4.1 x 3.4 mm Both ovaries appear normal in size. Right ovary measures 2.11 x 1.45 x 1.44 cm, vol 2.30 cc Left ovary measures 2.84 x 1.79 x 2.04 cm, vol 5.05 cc Left ovary shows a dominant follicle 1.54 x 1.18 cm. No obvious abnormal adnexal mass seen. Minimum free fluid seen in cul-de-sac. .    OPINION: ULTRASOUND TRANSVAGINAL STUDY REVEALS: -MINIMAL HYPOECHOIC COLLECTION IN ENDOMETRIAL CANAL. -MINIMUM FREE FLUID IN CUL-DE-SAC. -FEW NABOTHIAN CYSTS IN CERVIX.

What day of the cycle is this scan done? To understand the collection, coz with the thickness looks like some residual menstrual blood. Putting a copperT in a retroverted uterus could be tricky but definitely possible.
