Unable to Have intercourse

I have been married for 2 and a half years. Till now me and my husband have not been able to do intercourse. My opening is very small. Due to same, my husband is unable to enter my vagina. I have tried with fingers and we are able to enter with one finger. However its painful with 2 fingers. The hymen is unable to break. We want to plan a baby now but dont know how to proceed.
