Unable to Get Deep Sleep

Since 2 weeks, I am unable to get deep sleep. I go to bed and when I wakeup, I don't feel refreshed or rested. I feel tired and sleepy all day but if I try to sleep, I still don't get deep sleep. It is affecting me mentally and physically. How to resolve this problem?

If you obese ; short neck ...pl consult chest physician to rule out OSA .. Daily do exercise 1 hour Drink plenty of water. Eat fruits And vegetables. Check vitamin B12 And D3 ..Correct it level Avoid stress. Do yoga / meditation Last option...consult psychiatrist
