Prolactin level was 96 ng/ml in june but now after using cabgolin for two months its now  0.29 ng/ml. Ultrasound for follicular count shows the report as : R ovary - pcod size 3.3x1.7cm, AFC - multiple, LPC - 18x14 mm, L ovary - pcod-size 3.4x1.4cm, AFC multiple, LPC 10x6 mm, ET 8.2 mm, In remarks : pcod ovaries subserosal uterine fibroid 10x8 mm.is it normal report or Does it interfere in Pregnancy.

Prolactin levels normal now, PCOD can be treated my life style modification, Ocps n even use of ovulation induction.. Fibroid is too small to worry bot now.. Jus consult an infertility specialist n proceed accordingly
