Unable to conceive
My cycle length keeps on varying between 30-35 days. Had a miscarriage in May 2020. Tried conceiving again for lasy two cycles. Not sure on which cycle day I ovulate. LMP on 14-07-2020. Today period started again after brown and light pink discharge for 3-4 days which seem early as per Flo app prediction. Can I use ovulation induction? Pls help
There is no need to wait for 3 months after a miscarriage to conceive as per evidence based practice. You can try to conceive.
If you are not Sure when you are ovulating due to irregular or prolonged cycle length, then ovulation induction may be beneficial for you. Please visit a Fertility specialist on the day 2 or 3 of your periods for a detailed scan and hormonal evaluation. Simultaneously semen analysis must be done. After evaluation a plan can be formulated for your ovulation induction.

You can try to conceive now( 40 days are over). Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once every night for three months

Take Tablet Letrozole 2.5 mg at bedtime from day 2-6. Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses for joining with husband. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown.Take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days from day 16-25 of periods.
