Unable to conceive

I have been married for 16 months. And since last 10 months we are planning to have children but unable to conceive. I have undergone medical tests 1. Rubella IGG Antibodies, Serum 2. Viral screen 3. HIV antibodies, Serum 3. Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Serum 4. VDRL 5. T3, T4 & TSH. And my husband undergone Semen analysis. Luckily all the reports are normal. Please suggest if any medicine or medical tests needed. Thank you.
