Unable to conceive for second child

I have 1 kid. I was pregnant in unplanned way 12 months back. But spontaneous abolition happened. After that trying continuously for last 10 months. I have tried ovulation induction, it did not work. Husband semen analysis is fine & all other reports are normal. I have not checked fallopians tube only. As I has pregnant last year naturally, so have not done HSG test. So, do I need to go for HSG scan now? Is it really required? Kindly share your input in this. Please...
