I take your age to be 28 years which you have mentioned. In this age you must do at least 5 km in the morning and 5 km in the evening brisk walk in open air. Gym treadmills also do the work but we want you to get oxygenated well which is possible in outside air. Do skipping for atleast 15 mins morning and evening. Consult me further I will tell you about the diet plan too.
