Ultrasound pregnancy scan done today

Got ultrasound scanned today, pregnancy urine test was negative but beta hcg test shows 98.5 miu/ML and my period date was 20th July and it did not happened yet and was also on medication with hcg injection, Endometrium thickness is 14mm and egg was also not found in the scan, due to endometrium thickness they couldn't find whether I am conceived or not, please guide any chances of pregnancy???
