Ultrasound doesn't revealed pregnancy

Hi, I did pregnancy test twice and it was positive. Then a dr. suggested me to do ultrasound for pregnancy duration but in reports it wasn't detected. Is early pregnancy hard to detect?? And what should i do now?? Please help

So see pregnancy in sonogreaphy you need to have certain bhcg hormonal level Would suggest you to do bhcg
