If the placents is in lower side of anterior position, there might be some complications. Once you enter third trimester, the low lying placenta may shift towards the upper side of uterus. If you have low lying placents, it may create trouble at the time of C-Section (because it may come at the site of incision. If the report does not show plactenta in low lying placenta or condition of placenta previa, there is nothing to worry about.
