OSMF III DIOGNOSED BY DENTIST. UNHEALING ULCERS ON BOTH LIPS ,ROUND UPPISH WITH DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE. UPPER LIPS ALSO ULCERS. UNDER THE TONGUE GREAT BURNING WHEN TOUCHING WITH FINGERS. ROUGH EDGES SIDES UNDERNEATH. WHITE PATCHES AND BANDS INSIDE BOTH THE CHEEKS WITH ROUGHNESS AND BURNING ALL OVER MOUTH. SWALLOW DIFFICULTY. COULDN'T TOUCH ANY SPLST.BCAUSEOF CARONA. I M SURE OF ORAL SQAMOUS CARCINOMA. WHAT TO DO SIR. ANY MEDICATION WE CAN TRY AS PER YOUR PRESCRIPTION. ULCERS ON LIPS ARE PROMINENT.
