Hello, I am facing issues with chronic ulcer ,in 9 week pregnancy. This is so painful, especially at night, that I haven't slept for last 4 nights. Can you please suggest anything that helps with constipation and ulcers. Also I had last scan about 2weel back, since then, scan looked ok,but I am not feeling any major symptoms, except constipation and very very mild occasional nausea anytime of the day .Is this normal?? There is no breast soreness.

How do you know that you have got ulcers. For constipation you should take natural laxatives like honey, milk, salads, fruits. For detail consultation/ advice in pregnancy you must meet ob/gyn in person. There are many other aspects also to look into.

Every patient has different symptoms during pregnancy.  If you don't have breats soreness, nothing to worry. Constipation: very common during pregnancy.  If u r taking Iron tablet then stop that 1st. Fiberlact powder 2tsp in 1 glass milk start with once at night. If no relief,  u can take morning and Evening. For piles / Fissure in Ano: Need physical examination. Scan : You haven't mentioned exact duration of pregnancy,  so difficult to guide u for next scan. Pls share details for better guidance
