I am suffering from ulcerative colitis. I am passing  6 stools every day, which makes me difficult when I am traveling.how to reduce this?

You should consult team of GI surgeon and gastroenterology. If it's ulcerative colitis you have to adapt to lifestyle according to it. Only expert shall reduce and increase dose and advise medicines.
