Got a ulcer on penis 13 days back. Did a full body check up including STD and herpis but all negative. Only Vit D and B were at border line and sugar carb level was 5.6 I visited a dermatologist and she gave me T bact mupirocin ointment to apply n have Vit B and C tablets but it's been 2 weeks, it's again red and yellow. What should I do? How much time does it take to heal?
