Ulcer on my tonsils

I have got ulcer on my tonsils, hence finding it difficult while swallowing food or when my tongue touches that part of my internal mouth. Pls suggest me what I can do. Thanks in advance.

Hey, Hey,it could be due to metabolic disturbance, trauma , hot food items, vitamin deficiencies etc.. Have buttermilk , curd ,tender coconut , apply local anesthestic gell ,take vit b syp.avoid hot spicy food items
