I am suffering from ulcer which is on my tongue and side by tongue , and I have this problem from a long time , ulcer is always on my tongue.

You need to get this checked..there might be a tooth with a sharp margin constantly coming on contact with the side of you tongue causing the ulcers..please do meet a dentist and an ENT specialist asap.
