Hi, What is d benefit of Udaramrit vati ? Can I consume 4(2+2) tabs after lunch and dinner for very poor digestion and 1 spoon of avipattikar churna with half cup lukewarm water 1 hour before lunch and dinner ? How long I can take both ? How long LIv52 Ds and Zandu Pancharista can consume at a stretch ?
