U/L lower limb swelling

28 year old female with unilateral lower limb swelling since 25days. First noticed after injury to the shin leading to a bruise. No pain , no tenderness.  Normal knee joint movement. No visible veins. No temperature changes. No history of surgery or intake of any medication. What should be the next step?
