Back pain while sleeping Uncomfortable chest like situation 24 hours I don't have any heart history in my family The pain I am suffering was started one year back but my doctor suggested it as muscular pain then for one year I didn't experience any pain. But now the same problem started with more back Echo and ECG normal Chest x ray normal
