Been diagnosed typhoid fifteen days back...how can a patient differentiate typhoid and covid and how many more dyas I have to isolate as my initial symtoms like fever headache knee pain abdmonical pain reduced by 2nd day of antibiotic usage...today is day 14 and how long should I isolate and how much I can conclude it's typhoid and not anything
