Typhoid Fever Weakness

Hi, Last month I was diagnosed with Typhoid. Took antibiotics as doctor described. After that, the culture and widal reports were normal. I still feel lot and lot of weakness and my body is feeling heat even there is no fever as per temperature. I am depressed and not able to concentrate on work.always feeling dull and sleep is also being disturbed. Please suggest.
