Widal test has got its own limitation, it's not useful when done within first 7 days of fever. 1:80 is not significant. This test has many false positive and false negative results. Test results should always be interpreted with clinical findings. Blood culture-  you may consider getting it done if there is possibility of enteric fever (typhoid) We need to know about duration of fever and it's associated symptoms.
