Typhoid effects the gastrointestinal tract. So to give it a rest it is better to eat food that is easy to digest. But if there is no prblm with ur digestion u can have eggs n meat too...start slowly with egg whites n see if u r able to tolerate. When u recover from a disease protein is very good to revive soon.
