Hello sir i am suffring from low platlets 1.30lakh .and i have typhoid fever... I done a test 4 day ago...typoid and platlets.. Platlets 1.30.. To day   i done a test.. Now my platles. 2.16 lack Its can be possible. i take papaya laef extract and .Pam grant..i think My second test fals..u suggest me
