Typhoid but no symptoms

I don't have any significant symptoms of typhoid like fever etc. I had typhoid 3 months ago. But when I did widal test now result showed 1:160 for both o and h typhi. I only have slight headache and no other symptoms. Am I having typhoid or the test says something else?
