Need clear information about the typhoid by checking the following attachment. Check kindly the reports nd let me know the actual treatment which is prescribed by the doctor is correct or not.

You can continue the medication but it cannot be said that typhoid is confirm.For that weakly widal test should be done.Rising titres will confirm typhoid fever.
